Triathlon Training starts July 7th, Every Sunday at 4pm.

Race Day August 11th, Race Begins at 4pm.

DIVISIONS     Swim         Bike           Run

Ages 6-8        50 yards    2 miles      1 mile

Ages 9-11      100 yards   4 miles     1.5 miles

Ages 12-15    150 yards   8 miles     2 miles
